!1 tablet and 1 textbook I claim dna. And they charged me 2 times so I contacted with them but they didnt help me .My bank open chargeback for I didnt get the item and charged 2 times. So After chargeback they didnt help me anyway. Still want the police report in french.(no french in my country even if I got to police station they wiont gave me neither french or english)This is bullshit. Stuck in the middle and need to solve this.

Given you were charged twice, didn't the bank look at your statements to Identify the transactions?

Bank saw it after I found out. So they open a chargeback for the money they got.For 2nd one Its looking on the provision I think.Should I wait for the banks response.Maybe they will give the money and provision will gone?
