In simple terms and In short: "Manipulate the representative Into performing an action that he's not supposed to do- Issue a refund or send a replacement Item at no extra cost".

I was going to explain a close friend what this is after him hearing about it in a conversation online.

An entire Paragraph with quotes and examples is unnecessary for a basic explanation as the person can ask further questions to which I can answer, I just needed a very straight foreward and easy to understand definition of the concept.

It depends on the nature of the SE.

For Instance, If your account has been locked and you wish to create another one, you'd need to use other credentials. Or If an AR (Advanced Replacement) Is part of the SE, then fake details must be used to avoid being billed. On the other hand, every company believes an SE Is a legit claim. If you treat It as such and manipulate the company accordingly, using your personal details Is fine.

How easy is a bed bath and beyond refund, thinking about doing just dna on some candles, Maybe broken glass.
