If what I mentioned above Is the case, then they cannot keep an Item that's rightfully yours.

Based on all that, hit a PayPal dispute/claim or a chargeback via your credit card provider.

That's correct, they still have the 'wrong' item i sent back. With that in mind, is there another approach i can take with Amazon to get this resolved? I only do a chargeback if i have exhausted every possible avenue to get this resolved with the merchant directly.
