So did you send back the wrong Item and they still have It In their possession?

How should i proceed? Keep on at them for a while and if i get no joy then contact CC provider?

If what I mentioned above Is the case, then they cannot keep an Item that's rightfully yours.

Based on all that, hit a PayPal dispute/claim or a chargeback via your credit card provider.
