do not use ezrefunds, I used her for 3 refunds which was successful

I'm at a loss as to why a refunder would provide a service, and cannot succeed at least once In three attempts.

however on the fourth one she was not able to do it and left me with a 600$ bill to pay then ghosted me. Also shop around people offer diffrent rates so see who can give you the best one. Best of luck

That's terrible that you're left with a 600$ debt. She'll eventually get what she deserves.
