I made a few refunds on item which was sold by XXX company and fulfilled by Amazon.

Essentially, It's no different to shipped & sold by Amazon.

In both cases, you're dealing with Amazon directly.

Update time. So I purchased it and got it 2 days ago, I called today and tomorrow someone from UPS will come by and take my return with a shipping label so in about 3-5?days I should get my return I’ll update you guys what happens next
