Europe seem upset with vaccine ... disappoint not giving good result .

What do you mean? The effectiveness? Or the thing about the supply issue?

1) It's not all of Europe, it's only Germany. There's a lot of tension over the vaccines in many ways across Europe.
2) It's not that the vaccine isn't giving a "good result", it's that there wasn't enough people aged over 65, who actually caught covid in the clinical trials.
