Even though the item might be from different factory of amazon?  And what about the item categories differences i.e. one from electronics and one from appliances.

Thus far, I've yet to experience Amazon refusing a return due to "their Item" stemming from another warehouse. As for the Item category, although It's best to match It, "Electricals/Electronics" also Includes home appliances, sound & vision, computing and technology.

Alright thanks for the advices. I think I’ll do the wrong item method. Also I found out that amazon au primarily deliver using AusPost if you think that does anything to the DNA method.
