i did twice with wrong item, no matter what you put in the box, they refund when the return scans in the post office.

did you have to contact them for this advanced refund and have them generate the returns label?

only contact was automatic return label, no human no calls.

exactly. but DONT say wrong item, say quality problems, fitments or color wrong.
