Just to clarify things and given you didn't sign for the delivery, was It simply handed to you or left at your doorstep?

I have contacted them a few minutes ago. The employee told me that sometimes they do scan the products as "delivered" at the end of their shift and they will deliver it to me the next day (today).
He will contact DHL and ask where the package is and I have to wait till monday. He says there is a chance your package will be delivered today or in the weekend.
So for me it's a waiting game right now and I will contact them Monday.

They've opened an Investigation, which Is standard procedure under the circumstances. Please reply when you receive their response.
Long story short, I succefully SE'd Amazon. Got my money back. I had called them on the 30th of november to ask them to refund my money as the employee told me I should call them that day. I asked for a refund but the lady on the phone told me I had to wait till the 4th of december because their system couldn't give me a refund yet.

I waited till the 4th of december and called them that day. I had to sign a statement and had to sign the statement (I had to swear that I've never receivede the package via the sign).
After that I had to wait a few hours before I got my refund back and that's it pretty much.
Just wait nicely and don't rush call or contact amazon.
