RE: Couple of questions regarding the Partial Refund method for Amazon 12-02-2020, 10:35 PM

Just finished speaking to a rep and he agreed to refund me the full amount. Checked my orders page and it says the refund is processing as of today, guess it was a success. Thanks for all the advice, @mothered ! However, I've read posts here that some DNA/missing item claims were later disputed and some were re-charged again or not refunded at all, so I'll keep an eye out just in case. I'm thinking the reason they were so compliant with my request was because of the sheer volume of packages that were placed/delivered these past few weeks. I really hope the hatchet is buried here and the claim isn't brought up again, but I guess only time will tell.
Otherwise, I hope this thread will help whoever else wants to do anything similar to what I've done!

I think this combination in this order would has a better chance to succeed, but anyway, it's just a feeling. Let's see, we are here to help you.Definitely, wasn't planning on double dipping until the carrier dropped it off at night, which is hands down one of the easiest claims of DNA that I can think of. The latter half of the SE was going to be the initial method, which seems to have succeeded so far, but I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch.
