The objective Is to make the package/envelope appear as though It's an advertisement, thereby they'll throw It out. As such, It's marked as delivered, but there's no physical nor administration record at their warehouse.

Another, Is to hope that the carrier driver Is half-asleep on the job, and delivers solely based on what's written on the (manipulated) shipping label. If we were living In the 70s when scanning systems were non-existent, It may work.
