they made a 3rd investigation but this time i got an email saying there going to investigate this with hermes who are the courier so i need to wait 3 days for a response from them. its a very weird situation

They should've done this to begin with.

They're going to cross-check the carrier's records, namely the weight, to establish whether the company's dispatched weight matches the carriers. It's light enough to not register, so their Investigation will be deemed Inconclusive.
