I tried to do corrupt file but they ask me again and again do send it.

Keep sending It, but In different file formats and tell them that It's working perfectly fine on your end.

This gives the Impression that you're doing your utmost best to comply and resolve the matter.

I tried to send it in different format and they still ask me to send it. I did it, I send it and I received my refund. But I don't know for the next refund what should I do
