I'm going to try to SE two ssd's that are each around 86g, combined 172g (.38lbs).

On the grounds that an Investigation Is opened, It's too heavy for the partial method.

The item that will be used to weigh down the package are some batteries from AmazonBasics that weigh around 5.28lbs

It won't make any difference.

They'll simply deduct the weight of the batteries from the consignment, and the balance (weight) will determine whether the SSDs were enclosed.
