The Ability To Box A Company/A Boxer





Method:



Step 1) Call Bose support.



Step 2) Say you are having an issue with your product. (No sound, not powering on, etc.)



Step 3) They will ask you to troubleshoot.



Step 4) Say the troubleshooting didn't fix anything and the issue is still persisting.



Step 5) They will ask you to ship back the product.



IMPORTANT: This is where most people make up a, quite frankly bullshit, excuse to push for AR (Advanced Replacement). Don't be a retard and do this. Bose has quite literally been raped and no excuse works anymore. Just box them or pay someone to box them.



Step 6) Bose will send you a shipping label.



Step 7) Box them or pay someone to do it.



Step 8) They will launch an investigation to find your 'product'.



Step 9) Bose will say they lost your shit and will ship your replacement.



Step 10) Receive your product.





MORE INFORMATION:



So as I said, Bose has been raped in every form known to fucking man but there are some exceptions. Yes, you can push for AR but know the success rate of getting this is 1/1000. If you are doing a product such as Sleep buds, they sometimes accept cross-ship. Use that to your advantage.
