Awesome. I'm working on it right now, hopefully, they will reply quickly, it's been said they will answer in 3-5 working days which is a shame if it's really going to take that long to chat with them.

It is in-progress, may I ask - shall I expect another step before they issue the refund? Let's say we will be playing ping-pong with the replies for few days. I'll be "taking photos from different angle" and sending different format everytime they reply. Then let's say the give in and want to move to next step. Is it common to ask for something else? The email they have sent me was saying that they need the photos to issue the refund or replacement. If they won't receive the photos, or rather, will give up on the photos, will they request something else?

Don't predict the turn of events, namely when It's purely based on opinion.
