Bought  laptop, claimed DNA, waited 3 weeks on refund, but it never came. (I would call once a week after the 3-5 days to complain tho.) Finally got "mad" enough and just asked for my replacement. Replacement got delivered today, without a sig once again.

So not sure if this would be double or triple dipping.

If you're Intending to SE the replacement, It's double dipping- SEing twice In succession pertaining to the same order and same company.

Given It wasn't signed for, the DNA Is certainly well-suited but because you've already claimed It In close timing, It may raise suspicion. In other words, the probability of the package not delivered to Its destination twice In a row, Is highly unlikely.
