in one of my replys i mentioned i just SE amazon, so would not want to do that company so quickly again. couldnt i use any of the aftermentioned methods with manufacturer themselves if im going to purchase it instead of SE a warranty claim?

You certainly can. It is a matter of researching the T&C and formulating your attack plan. That is if you purchase the item and without using the SNs. Perhaps you can see how they deal with your claim and you can gauge if you could use the SNs in the future.
I have not dealt with them personally so I cannot offer first hand experience.

good idea, might as well try with SN's and seeing how it goes, based of that will tell me how hard it will be to get another SSD to resell
