Any advice on a camera kit from ol(y)mpus site.. they take paypal so could do a dna and dispute with paypal? I can see a good price that if it goes wrong can be sold at least  for the same value..

I would not DNA with PayPal because the seller can provide tracking information and PayPal will very likely go with that as proof.

Maybe i'll order the kit and say one of the parts is missing... the expensive part lol.. do you think they will check the weight manifest? Surely then worst case they play hard ball.. if i dispute with paypal its a whole different kind of issue, paypal might allow me a part refund?

Depends on the weight. If it is light enough to not register weight then you certainly can. However if it is too heavy then it cannot have been missing in the box.

For this SE your best option may be "wrong item received" method. In such case you may want to purchase it from a store that sells a variety of products to help you find a suitable "wrong item".
