Do exactly this. As said, It's been finalized so I don't know why they're requesting the funds. Moreover, this Is not usually done over a phone conversation.

As proof, you must have everything In writing, so ask her to send you the paperwork of what she's requesting and be sure to keep note of every conversation/Incident.
