Please provide full details of every event pertaining to the SE (your replies & their responses), Inclusive of the chargeback.

basically  I ordered a product worth 800$. They delivered with ontrac  (usa shipping company) and left it at the door, no signature. I called best buy said I never received it. They denied the claim so I filed a chargeback, told them I never received the product and 2 months later the money was back in my account.

No clue, she called me, I couldn't hear that well at the beginning so I had to step out, but she said "best buy co" and I'm like best buy what? and she said she was calling to collect a balance from them for 800$ I told her I don't own nothing that the bank already dealt with that stuff. She said so send the information with the dispute I filed and the case being closed. So I guess ill do that or just ignore their ass? lol I mean im not losing anything by sending them the report from the bank. I never dealt with a collector before so its all new for me lol.
