I filed a charge back for like 800$ back in january for bestbuy, I just got a voicemail from cane and weiner asking to pay the amount lol. What should I do? do I just send the company the dispute that I filed with the bank and the resolution? also how can they send me to collections without my social?  I dont see any reports for the amount yet and I think I used a variation of my last name so... anyways what should I do?
