As mothered and green314 said be patient. Since you have received your refund confirmation email it is a matter of when rather than if.

Bear in mind that these are unprecedented times and things can prolong for more than you might want.

You haven't to be worried about it.
If they do not refund you until 8 of August just call/text them and copy and paste what they wrote to you weeks ago. They will check and issue a refund.

The worst should be over, do not worry.
