After about 5 emails I've received this and I think it actually worked? what the hell, I did not expect this. I did send proof with the date of the receipt without showing the name of the sender.

They've said that they have received your return, and that the refund will be processed.

I don't know on what grounds they based this on, but It seems like It's succeeded. You'll know for sure when the funds have cleared.
