i usually go with the apartment building with no apartment number and just wait outside. Tell them I accidentally didn’t add an apartment number, get my package and be on my way

I might have found a rent house near to me, that may act as a drop, the problem is that
1) the entrance of the house is with a high gate and no spots where the courier might want to hide the package.
2) they have exactly 2 surveillance cameras placed at their property.

It would have been perfect without the 2)...

In addition to this near to me, they live 2 lawyers. So if I would use a drop here and my Se would succeed, leaving to the neighbors a bill to be paid, those same neighbors may hire a lawyer to investigate this matter and even if I use all the precautions online, there might remain some risks for me.
