I reckon the chances of them requesting such documents are significantly less with the SNAD method. Don't you think ?
The INR Is (obviously) purely not receiving the Item which Is classed as a loss, hence a police report/affidavit Is warranted under such circumstances. It's not to say that It "will" happen, but rather the possibility that It "may" happen.

Therefore I would need to transfer the balance of 2/3 CC's to one account. And I don't imagine the process being that smooth if I have to chargeback two or even three CC's simultaneously.Chargebacks can get rather messy and complicate matters at the best of times, so I understand your decision to avoid them. Moreover, you'd want to maintain a good relationship with your bank.
That said, If you haven't performed any or perhaps just the one, then It's something to consider.
Precisely my train of thought. Besides I would rather have everything go through PayPal successfully, and keep chargebacks / section 75's for a last resort / plan B. Luckily I have never had to resort to this and would like to keep it that way. I like to try fly under the radar as much as possible. As it stands I don't even have any disputes with PayPal! Maximum one or two from years ago, and even at that it was just bad buyers on eBay for low value items.
I'm pretty adamant to attempt this. However I'm still formulating a perfect plan as I want to hit this as precisely as possible with contingencies in place. Also debating to wait untill the festive period ay Christmas...
