First and foremost, you need to establish who's responsible for loss of goods during transit.

So, when does exactly the responsibility of the courier expire?

When the Coronavirus Is under control and restrictions have been lifted.

No I mean:
1. In general, how can I establish who's responsible for loss of goods during transit? Is it written on the ToS?
2.
If the courier take a picture of the package that laid near/inside your propriety. If the package is stolen it wouldn't be their responsibility?
In other word if they take a picture of the package near/inside your propriety you can't do anymore teh DNA?
