Would chat or call be best?

It depends which gateway you're most comfortable and In particular, "confident" with.

For example, a call Is an Instant response and your tone of voice speaks a thousand words. In terms of chat, you have a slightly longer time to reply, thereby (If need be) you can think of a more appropriate response.



Not really comfortable with either as this will be my 1st attempt.
