I read the ToS of that company and it might be hard to deal with, since they might delegate the shipping and return procedures to one of their salesman in certain situation, so this would make the entire SE hard and risky.

It's good to read that you're researching prior to formulating the SE.

To be honest I always do that during these days. Read is one of my passion so it's quite simple. The problems arise during the reading process because I haven't yet understood how to understand the ToS and identify the weakness of the company. "How to translate the ToS in a plan for SEing" let's say in this way. If there were a guide it would be quite useful.
