All these things happen to me as same happen to him on same laptop after he purchase .
However, there's no mention of a "factory reset".

This Is the only way that you'll Identify whether It's a software or hardware Issue.


i just flip my laptop and hit it back now wifi its going working perfect for me .... xD  xD  its been 48hr no issue till now after i bang it hard on the back ..haha try this method on your own risk. Sarcasm
bro seems like your laptop cooling fan vents are choked, try cleaning them.
