Every SE Is taken on a case-by-case basis, hence without knowing who the company Is, the nature of the Item you're planning to SE and the type of carrier used, your questions cannot be answered on general terms.

When requesting assistance right from the get-go, every SE begins by naming the company, as well as the Item and Its weight and dimensions. As such, the company's terms can be researched and the method can be selected & formulated based on both the (researched) findings, and the nature of the Item.
