check the terms and conditions I know that nintendo UK states in their terms that they do not take responsibility for the package at all and the SE would fail, i dont know how it work in Belgium though

they said in my mail that they don't take responsibilities if the package takes damages because of a bad packaging.
they also told to keep a proof ( if i use their label ups ) for lost/theft
