No, why would you need to box or FTID an empty package/box for a refund that has been processed?

The refund has been approved "for an Item you have at your disposal", so simply comply with their request and send the empty package/box.

Ye thats what i thought. I Will go for the Empty package i think and if they want the Empty package i just send it back, no need ro box as i tell them i recived everything ecept the package didnt contain the hardware, right me if im wrong

So you think i Should tell them the package was completly Empty instead of just telning them the AirPods was gone. I mean i think its hard for them tp prove the AirPods was there of i email them as soon as i get t he package and tell them the seal was broken and the AirPods gone, after that i just make a police report of if have to and a compliant at the Courier?

If they scan the box at the time of dispatch, then It's taken off their Inventory and marked as sold- pending delivery & receipt of goods.

As such, If you claim that the entire box was missing on delivery, they'll cross-check their Inventory and deem that It was In fact Included In the consignment.

And this is good to know. So it's either (empty box with signs of tampering - courier fault) or (box contained empty package with no signs of tampering - manufacturer fault).
where box = shipping box and package = package containing the item.

But if i tell them i got the package but the seal was destroyed Than i guess its the couriers falt, and in Sweden we have big problem with Our Delivery companies Cuz they fuck everything up and throw their [emoji403] es in the car etc Daily. But if i tell the seal was on then its manufactures problem but i dont know what to go for.

So the broken stuff is happening often but its hard to keep the AirPods then, maybe with perfume its eazy but thats another thing for another thread i guess. Now its the AirPods haha
