Thanks for the correction though, I wasn't actually aware of that.
The company receives the box perfectly sealed, and stocks It In their Inventory/shelving. When the time comes to dispatch, they simply send the box as packaged by the manufacturer.

It comes down to the manufacturer not enclosing the Items. This can well and truly happen. As an analogy, I've lost count as to how many times I've ordered a Big Mac Combo Meal and didn't receive the fries. Human error Is Inevitable In every Industry.
I always believed "empty box" worked best saying the package was completely empty, as in the shipping package contained nothing inside. Thus actually making it a company distributor problem?
Not that they received the product box but not the product itself. I can see how this becomes a manufacturer problem and not a company distributor problem.
Why product not in product box > product not in the shipping package at all? I can definitely see the benefit if the product itself is small in a bigger package, like a CPU. But otherwise, it seems like they both have their own pros and cons.
Ye the thing is, they often record when they pack everything and they Also Weight the package when it goes from shop and when it comes to the postal Office, so to say its Empty could be hard and probly a long investigstion. I have to think a little before i choose method.
Good, you're thinking about things and not just asking for handouts on methods. Whatever method you choose, feel free to PM and I'd be glad to help as much as poss. Should be an easy SE with AirPods because of the weight.
Whenever you make a story, just think - if you were the customer rep on the other side, would you believe it.
