I wasn't able to find anything about 2 weeks either when I quickly reviewed the terms after seeing your post last night, but I do remember when I was researching Paypal more thoroughly that they ask of you to wait (I believe it was) at least a week before opening a dispute/ escalating to claim (forget which).

I've also yet to locate their 14 day policy pertaining to the DNA.

Thanks. I might be mistaken then. Disregard everything I say about 14 days and replace it as 7.
