I think dry ice is only good for fairly light objects ... instead about the best methods ,,, it always depends on the item and the shop ... however I think that some very valid methods are FTID and empty box (only for that which is light of course)

Oh interesting. Is that because the ice wouldn't sublimate completely before it is delivered?
I'm trying to think of what method is best for various situations. I think empty box works really well for really light < 100g items, but much more than that it poses a risk since on investigation they'll find that the package weight is not correct and you can fill the package with packing materials only so much.
