so someone i know recently ordered 200 canadian dollars worth of fenty  products  and DHL has marked it as delivered yet she hasn’t received it. it’s as if it has been stolen. her security is checking the CCTV.

in regards to co atctjng DHL canada what does she need to say?

If your friend is just trying to get her products/refund, tell her to contact Fenty and tell them the package did not arrive. She clearly did not sign for the package. If possible, get a letter from the security showing what happened in the CCTV.

i came here since there are people who are familiar with these situations and also, she said that it has happened before and DHL were assholes about it. does she contact fenty or DHL?

Why no both? Fenty very well might offer replacement/refund without needing investigation. My girlfriend had a similar situation with a Coach bag recently and they replaced no questions asked.
