thank you for getting back to me I said to them that the ring did not arrive they send an automated response and it's not very helpful I have tried calling they do no pick up the call so I have opened a Paypal dispute it is a bit weird because they did not send me a confirmation email or anything just took the payment.

Give Paypal that information - you tried to contact Pandora and they will not respond to you. Only automated messages. Escalate the dispute to a claim when you can. Did they provide a tracking number for the order?

the problem is that when I ordered only the money was taken and the ring was delivered no emails at all no confirmation email no tracking nothing so as far as I was concerned I didn't even know if I had ordered other then it being on my Paypal

That's not a problem - that's great!
They have no proof they sent it to you. You haven't received a single email from them. No tracking, nothing. How long ago did you order?
You should tell them you ordered XX many weeks ago, package still hasn't been received. They charged you but haven't given any confirmation of it being shipped or even processed.
