What if the SEer took it, and the delivery is marked as complete. Then said SEer denies they have taken it. How would the delivery driver be able to proof they didn't just take it for themselves and pretend someone took it?

Evidently, this Is one example of how the DNA method Is used and provided the SE'er Is adamant In denying receipt of the package, It will have a successful outcome. This Is why I keep mentioning that a package that's marked as delivered, does not conclude that you've personally received It.

One way I can see this failing when using Royal Mail, Is If they've delivered to hundreds of households In a given time frame, and you're the only one who claims not to have received the package. In such cases, the company will side with the majority and not the minority.
