almost 15 hours since the email, no response yet. i highly doubt they’re busy, think they’re disregarding my issue.

It's not even one day, so wait until tomorrow and shoot off another email.

Keep doing so until they respond.

they replied saying that DPD doesn’t require signatures but only a photo showing a member of the household receiving the package, and to check with my neighbours.

i replied back saying i’ve checked with neighbours and they do not have it, and acted a little frustrated.

update: “ As the parcel in question has been marked as delivered and received, I will have to raise a claim with DPD for a stolen parcel. They will investigate this matter internally and will consult with the authorities to resolve this.”
