OK, that was a success. Sorry for the late reply I wasn’t able to access my account for quite a bit.

So I ordered two shoes from Nike. Couple days after, delivery man came knocked and just left the package outside my door. No signature required. Called Nike a day later and said that I stayed home all day long and hadn’t received the item. They asked for my order number and some other details and said it will be escalated. A day later someone from Nike called me (I’m assuming someone senior) and they let me know that a refund was going through.
