The house for sale method also works for countries that require a signature

Until sold, the home's occupants usually still live at the premises and (obviously) vacate when the new owner takes possession.  As such, I'd rather opt for a house that's listed for rent- they're predominantly vacated awaiting tenants. There's a few other points that need addressing, but I won't go Into It.
