In short and very simply stated, "SEing" Is short for "Social Engineering".

"DNA" Is the abbreviation for "Did Not Arrive". As the name Implies, you claim that the package you've ordered, did not arrive at Its destination.

oh okay i understand. is there any tutorial or  step-by-step guide on how to do so, and what companies you can do it for?

thank you for replying

There isn't a go-to guide to SEing, as the companies' policies change etc.
SEing is an art, the only way to master it is by experience.

Back in the days, Logitech used to be the easiest company to SE, but it is becoming one of the more difficult ones now.

You need to plan your tactics correctly, you could choose a High-risk, High-reward option, which would take months to complete; or take a Low-risk, Low-reward option which takes about half an hour.

I would, as a beginner, try food companies, as they cannot argue against food hygiene concerns.
