Personally i hate police reports due to my last hassle they wouldnt take any of the reports i send Them, took me 4 attempts and they still didnt accept IT, had to call leadership team a million times before i got my refund, took 3 Weeks and a Lot of phone calls.

You ordered through Best Buy right? If that's the case I'll probably just go with Amazon lol.

Nope this was Amazon om EU resident, so to be fair never been too familiar with either bestbuy or amazon, had to go really hardcore on Amazon the last time with my special EU rights that they have to respect, and reference several law pragraphs to finally make a rep budge.. it took legit like 50ish attempts and a dozen phonecalls a handful of official police documentation, but it was Worth it.
