Although lets be honest most uploading platforms are being used for blacklist stuff so although what mega is doing now is really bad, all the other sites are also just as bad.

what do you mean by "mega is doing now is really bad", it's not their fault, they just wanted to enhance security of their servers used by MEGA, they're not the one to blame for the content that is sent over to their servers, but i would understand if you meant that they should have a scanning procedure to make sure the uploaded content follows the ToS

blaming MEGA for the content on their servers is like blaming your teacher for you not listening in class, which doesn't make sense at all
