I had to mention that I was sending it in for inspection because of the faulty battery. I showed them the way the battery was expanding and they said they couldn't ship it because they considered it a hazardous item. Mainly because of the possibility of it exploding or catching fire mid transit. I can try USPS or UPS, hoping they don't have the same issue as FedEx."(03-04-2020, 05:20 PM)neekhavod Wrote:(03-04-2020, 05:55 AM)mothered Wrote: Sounds good."Please do not send it USPS. I need to be sure we can track it. Here is a Fed ground label for the shipment." So, they did have a recommended carrier, luckily, it's FedEx. I will respond in a bit saying that they didn't accept the package because of the faulty battery.
Fingers crossed that Lenovo will be under the Impression It's a tracked shipment. If they simply agree without further Instructions, you're well on the way to a successful SE.
It's good that they've suggested FedEx.
