I was thinking that he might eventually recommend their own carrier, which seems like something I can't come back from.(03-03-2020, 03:26 PM)neekhavod Wrote:(03-03-2020, 08:07 AM)mothered Wrote: Looks good, however If they're going to request the return of the laptop, you need to make sure that the carrier will not accept dangerous/hazardous goods.Alright, cool. I was looking at the three major shipping companies, of course being; FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Each mention no shipment of "hazardous" items, the criteria of which is to be a variety of different things. But the ones that I can use are if the item is flammable, explosive, or corrosive. And FedEx just straight up won't ship lithium-ion batteries. With a "faulty battery," this seems like it might work.
Sounds good. You've done well with your research.
Fingers crossed, Lenovo doesn't nominate a carrier that does handle hazardous Items.
