Each mention no shipment of "hazardous" items, the criteria of which is to be a variety of different things. But the ones that I can use are if the item is flammable, explosive, or corrosive. And FedEx just straight up won't ship lithium-ion batteries. With a "faulty battery," this seems like it might work.(03-02-2020, 09:39 PM)neekhavod Wrote: Understood, this is the email draft I have so far, "Luckily, I was able to recover the laptop from the electronic disposal store, as they had not thrown it out yet. It actually looks like the battery has degraded even more, I can ship it out if need be."
Looks good, however If they're going to request the return of the laptop, you need to make sure that the carrier will not accept dangerous/hazardous goods.
Sounds good. You've done well with your research.
Fingers crossed, Lenovo doesn't nominate a carrier that does handle hazardous Items.
