Wow, it's just as you predicted, the rep is asking for another format. The images were initially JPG, so I've already corrupted different PDF's and am in the process of composing the new email.

Good, be sure to comply with their requests and keep sending corrupted files.

I'm hoping that the rep will eventually give In and offer a replacement. If not, the next course of action will be based on their reply pertaining to the corrupted files.

The rep asked me to post to a photo sharing site, should I comply? Or should I do something else? I was thinking that I could just misdirect him to a completely wrong imgur url and play it off like it's not my fault, or something along those lines.
